The Solution
A Virtual Conference Space Built for the Quest Pro
We built a full VR conference environment featuring Saudi Arabia's landscapes — desert, mountains, sea, and The Line — as immersive presentation backdrops. Attendees join via Quest Pro, interact spatially, and engage with content as if present in the environment.
Multiplayer Conferencing
Multiplayer Conferencing
Up to 20 Participants, All in the Same Space
The platform supports up to 20 simultaneous participants with spatial audio and hand tracking — enabling natural discussion and interaction in a shared virtual environment. 9 out of 10 users found it more engaging than traditional presentations.
Realistic Environments
Realistic Environments
Saudi Arabia's Landscapes as Living Backdrops
Each conference room is set inside a faithfully rendered Saudi environment — desert plains, mountain ranges, coastal vistas, and The Line — giving presentations a sense of place and national identity that no physical boardroom could replicate.
